A Letter to Our Customers

To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the potential risk of exposure to our team, Chafin Communities is taking the following actions:

1) For Existing Homeowners, their families and guests, please communicate with us directly via phone/email and refrain from visiting us in our Sales Office and Models.

2) For our guests and visitors who wish to visit our Sales Office and Models, we graciously request the following steps be followed:

  • We will only allow up to 10 visitors at a time in our model homes and sales centers by coordinating more private  one-on-one appointments.  If possible, please schedule an            appointment in advance to help us minimize the number of guests in the home at one time by contacting our on-line sales specialist or our on-site agents.
  • Prospective buyers and their agents may be permitted to enter the Sales Office and models after review of the questions below:
    • Have you or any member of your household traveled internationally in the last 14 days? 
    • Have you or any member of your household returned from a cruise in the last 14 days? 
    • Have you had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days? 
    • Have you experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days (to include fever, cough, sore throat, respiratory illness, difficulty breathing)?

                If the answer is “yes” to any of the questions above, please contact us via phone or email and refrain from entering our Sales Office.

3) For those who prefer to maintain social distancing or for anyone who answered “yes” to any of the questions above, we offer many on-line features that allow you ways to explore homes from where you are. 

  • Please view the Gallery tab on our website to take 3D virtual tours of every model home
  • Look at move-in ready homes
  • View photos under each floor plan. 
  • Our on-line specialist or on-site agents are also available to chat, text, call or coordinate a time for a virtual appointment.

4) For guests, workers and vendors entering our Sales Office and models, we have implemented the following precautions:

  • We will not be greeting you with a “hand-shake”, but we will greet you with a big smile. We are extremely happy     you are here.
  •  Currently, guidance has been provided to maintain, if possible, a six-foot separation between individuals. We will      do our best to adhere to these guidelines and appreciate your understanding.
  •  Our sales offices and model homes are cleaned on a regular basis.  Considering current events, we are increasing the frequency of these cleanings.
  •  As supply allows, we will try to have hand sanitizer dispensers available for use in our sales offices and model homes for our guests and employees.
