ABOUT Shane Sutherland
I have held various roles in the mortgage industry since 1997. My extensive knowledge of all aspects of the mortgage process allows me to exceed client expectations in all areas and provide a smooth, stress-free closing experience. I hold a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in counseling. I use my relationship-building skills daily as I assist clients and offer reassurance during a process that can sometimes feel daunting. This especially comes in handy when working with first-time homebuyers. I believe in being a lifelong learner and am always willing to take on a new challenge. I serve my community by assisting hurting families and struggling teenagers through non-profit work. My husband and I have also served together for many years in the student ministry at our church. I live in the Suwanee/Sugar Hill area with my husband, Brian. We have 3 adult children – Jered (27), Haley (26), and Sydney (20). We also cherish spending regular time with our two young granddaughters, who we consider the sweet reward of all the parenting years!
