Atlanta Builder 2020 Results Are In Chafin Communities Moves Up In Rankings

MetroStudy just released their 2020 numbers and Chafin is 6th Largest Atlanta builder in Atlanta on February 6th, 2021.

We are very excited to announce that Chafin Communities moved up from 9th to the 6th largest builder in Metro Atlanta. This info is for 2020 based on homes closed.  2020 was a spectacular success in terms of home buyers finding their dream home.  Internally as a company we set some all time records in 2020:

1. 2020 – All Time Record Net Sales for one year:  1,074 
2. 2020 – All Time Record Closings for one year: 746
