Central Park Spotlights Atlanta’s Best New Homes Show | by Chafin Communities

Central Park is located in Gwinnett county in the highly regarded Grayson High School district.  We are a pocket community because we are close to a lot of things. Even though we are in Loganville we are less than 2 miles from Grayson and 3 miles from Lawrenceville. We are also about 5 miles from Gwinnett County Fairgrounds that have a number of events and shows that come through the area.

Amenities Within Community

Once the community is finished there will be 235 homes here. We offer two story homes and a number of floorplans (8) to choose from.  This is a swim community with an amazing park area centrally located. The park offers a pavilion, firepit, grills, & large fenced dog park.

About The Model Home

Our model home here is one of our most popular floor plans called The Preswick. This model features an open floor plan with coffered ceilings in the great room coupled with a stunning gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and rustic backsplash.

We also have a great outdoor living space with an extended screened in patio just off the kitchen with an outdoor fireplace option as well. Upstairs features a versatile loft space with a wood accent wall. Lastly, buyers really love the oversized primary suite in this home as it has a large sitting room and bathroom which boasts an enlarged 7ft shower with dual head shower.

Central Park Availability

We have about 66 lots left to build here. There are about 14 homes available in different phases of construction that are set to be released to the public. Please come out and visit our model home or contact our online agents at 470-269-3829 for more information.

A big thank you goes out to Renee, our onsite agent, and all of the staff and crew at Atlanta’s Best New Homes for coming out and filming in Central Park. Everyone did a fantastic job and we are happy to work with you.
