Plans with Flex Spaces: Ideal for Home Offices

Since not everyone wants formal spaces like a formal dining or living room, we have adjusted most of our plans to turn those room(s) into flex spaces on main.  This way you can customize your plan to suit your needs best.  

Flex space is usually on the main floor and varies per plan in it being one, two or three rooms.  Typically they are used for formal dining, formal living, home office or formal study or in some cases a bedroom or bedroom/bath.  Below is the list of plans with this feature broken down by the number of rooms.  Some flex spaces are optional upgrades and are usually in lieu of another features such as a bedroom.
