Due to popular demand for tub-less primary baths, we have redesigned many of our plans to now have enlarged 5, 6 & 7′ shower options. We also have huge demand for free-standing tubs, too, so we have added that into a few plans as well.
If you look below at the floor plan image, you can see the main differences between the options.

The enlarged shower option is available in almost every plan and in most communities. This must be added to a home from the beginning prior to foundation, so usually if a home doesn’t already have it, it cannot be added.
