Step #2 – Choosing a LocationLOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Some things never change and this adage still applies.

Determining what location suits your top needs and wants is usually the top priority.

There is a map on each community page with a few key points of interest nearby.

Here is a list of things to consider:

Proximity to work & interstates

Work doesn’t need to be made worse by a lengthy commute.

Check out local traffic patterns in Atlanta here.

Are the top-rated ones nearby or between your work and your new house?

School ratings – the high school’s usually have the most impact and higher rankings equal higher home values

If you have school-age children or are planning a family, school ratings are important to your children’s future

Even if you don’t have school-age children, this affects your home’s value both now and resale later

Parks, lakes, nearby fun, shopping, and dining

Getting outside is good for you, a long drive getting there isn’t.

The less time you drive for daily errands, the more time you are enjoying life

Each of our communities has a map with the top parks, lakes, and fun already labeled

Living where you play & work means less driving which saves you time, money and is a lot better for the environment!
