Silver Fox Reserve New Community Alert

Silver Fox Reserve is an intimate new home community coming to the market soon in Oakwood, Georgia in Hall county. This community is located just minutes from I-985 and about 45 minutes outside of Atlanta and minutes to Lake Lanier.  It will offer two story home floor plans with 4 and 5 bedrooms plus options for enlarged showers, open loft area upstairs, and much more.

Homes will be priced in the $300s+ and the model home is set to open in the Spring of 2022. These new homes will also have the option for painted brick exteriors which is one of our newest features we are offering to our buyers. Painted bricks add more of a farmhouse feel to a home which is a very big trend in today’s home buyer market.  And we are happy that we can bring that option to you. We will also be offering a new dark interior hardware package as well.

Don’t Wait, Get On the VIP List Now

Plans, pricing, and community information will be sent out to only those who have registered to be on our VIP list. You can register with our online agent or community sales agent. Once registered with us, an email will be sent to all VIPs when we release homes for sale. Registering as a VIP allows those interested in proceeding with a contract appointment to do so.

Appointments will be set on a first come first serve basis. Being on our VIP list is your chance at becoming a homeowner in Silver Fox Reserve before anyone else including the general public.

We will continue with limited releases until everyone on the VIP list has been notified. Once everyone is contacted we will then go ahead and open contract appointments up to the public.
