What Do You Want In Your New Home?

Would you like a GUEST SUITE on the main NOW, but like to be able to easily turn it into a HOME OFFICE later? OR vice versa?

Chafin Communities offers many 2 Story Floor plans with a variety of options for a guest suite.

Each plan is unique as to whether the guest suite is an included standard features and an optional upgrade. It will state “optional” on the floor plan image.
Guest suites on the main can easily be used as home office or study as your life needs change
Guest suites can be on the main or upstairs
The bathrooms in guest suites come in a variety of different range of privacy: from a shared hall bath, to totally private in the bedroom, or to semi-private with only two bedrooms have access

Different ways the guest suite bath affects how private the bath is:

Guest suites with access to the bath only from the hall
Guest suites with two access doors to the bath (one bath to hall and one private bath to the bedroom)
Guest suites with totally private full baths
Guest suites with semi-private baths with only two bedrooms having access and NO hall access
Guest suite’s vanities vary with either totally private separate per bedroom or a shared double vanity

These plans all have guest suites on the main may only have access to the bathroom via the hall and some have a secondary private door to the bath. Some of the plan’s suites also have walk in closets. Also consider the location of the guest suite because that makes some suites more private than others.
