On October 22, 2022, at the Georgia Aquarium, the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association held its 42nd Annual OBIE Awards celebration. The OBIEs serve as the premier awards for residential real estate and new home construction. They are the highest level of recognition given by the Atlanta housing industry.
It was a big night for Chafin Communities as we entered 13 categories and won 11 of them thus making it the most awards we’ve ever received. We are honored to be recognized for being one of the leaders in the Atlanta Home building industry. It’s the hard work of our team members that make this possible.
